Anyone can apply to be our affiliate as long as you have an online presence.
To sign up, simply click here to fill out the application form. Once we have reviewed your application and if it is accepted, you will receive an email notification. Then you can log in, start selling our products to earn your commission.
Is there a fee to join?
Our affiliate programme is free to join and you can withdraw from it at any time.
How long does it take to get approved as an affiliate?
Please allow up to 1 week for an email response. If you have any questions about the programme, reach out to us at pr@mysunnystep.com.
On what products do I earn a commission?
All products sold on the Sunnystep website through the affiliate program qualify for commission, except gift cards and accessories.
What is the average order size?
Sunnystep’s average order size is more than SGD 125.
How do you handle product returns on affiliate sales?
If a customer referred by your site returns or cancels an order for refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to online credit card fraud, Sunnystep can debit your account at its discretion for any commission earned on that transaction.
Which payment methods do you have?
Payment are done through bank transfers and Paypal only. Please ensure the information submitted for your preferred payment mode is accurate during your application.
To update your preferred mode of payment's details, kindly login to your account first. Click into My Centre and under Payment account, edit your information.
When can I receive payment?
Payment to affiliates will be made on the 3rd of every month for the sales 2 months prior.
For example, for sales made between 1 - 30 November 2023, you will receive payment on 3 January 2024.
Where can I access the free creative assets??
When your application is approved, you may request creative assets, and brand / product information from us via pr@mysunnystep
