Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Information on Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process. We will process your order within three business day. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. 

 

Information on Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted in the case of product defects. We handle return requests on a case by case basis. If you encounter any issues with your product, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406. Kindly provide us with pictures of the items for verification purposes.

 

Information on Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer exchanges for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order in Singapore. Please note that exchanges are only permitted for a different shoe size and not for different designs or colors.

To request an exchange, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email us at care@mysunnystep.com. It is important to ensure that the items being returned are accompanied by their original packaging, including boxes, and other signature packaging materials.

Please be aware that any product returned without the complete original packaging and accessories, such as the box, menu, coupons/vouchers, and other items originally included with the product upon delivery, will not be eligible for an exchange. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request, as well as any refund requests.

For international exchanges, you are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning or exchanging items. Kindly inform us via text or email about the details of the items you received and your preferred shipping method for returning the items to us.

Please note that items purchased with promotional codes and sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email care@mysunnystep.com to request an exchange.
  • Pack the item securely using its original packaging materials.
  • Visit one of our retail locations and our staff will assist you with the exchange process.
