Shipping fees will be shown at your checkout. Your order will be processed within the next business day for delivery. Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days. We ship everyday except Sunday.
For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day.
Exchanges and Returns
We are pleased to accept timely returns or exchanges* of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order for all orders made in Singapore. We work on a case by case basis for international exchanges and returns. Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy are at the discretion of Sunnystep
Items purchased with promotional codes and sales items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, menu, coupons/vouchers, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery shall not be eligible for refund.
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. You are responsible for postage costs of returned or exchanged items. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. Please always text us or email us first before you return or exchange any items.

Here is the return process:
1. Whatsapp us at +65 93729406 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to return your shoes.
2. Pack the item in its original packing material
3. Return the parcel to one of our retail locations. You can also mail your parcel to the aforementioned address using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 working days from dispatch date for local orders, or 20 working days for international orders.
